1. Artisan Handcrafted Nature of Products
By placing an order with The Jaipur Company, you acknowledge that our flowers are handcrafted by individual women artisans using crochet hooks and fine cotton yarns. Subtle natural variations in stitch tension, bloom curvature, and dye lot tones are intrinsic to authentic artisanal craft and are not defects.
2. Pricing & Currency
All prices on our storefront are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable goods and services taxes (GST). We reserve the right to revise catalog prices for future collections based on yarn material costs and fair artisan wage adjustments.
3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and customer transactions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
