1. Handmade Production & Dispatch Lead Times

Because our flower arrangements are intricately hand-crocheted by women artisans in Jaipur, we maintain careful quality inspection before every dispatch:

• In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.
• Made-to-Order / Personalized Stems: Dispatched in 2 to 4 business days to allow artisan crochet time.
• Custom Bridal / Bulk Orders: Dispatched within 7 to 10 business days as agreed during consultation.

2. Pan-India Delivery Estimates

We ship nationwide across India using express air courier partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC):

• Jaipur Local: 1 to 2 business days.
• Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2 to 4 business days.
• Rest of India: 4 to 6 business days.

3. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery

Orders of ₹999 and above qualify for Free Express Shipping anywhere in India. For orders below ₹999, a flat delivery fee of ₹70 is applied at checkout.

4. Protective Transit Packaging

Every bouquet is enveloped in moisture-resistant tissue, nestled in crush-proof honeycomb paper cushioning, and housed within rigid corrugated shipping boxes to guarantee that your flowers arrive in pristine, bloom-perfect condition.
